Covenant Pathways
Supported Employment Services
Covenant’s Supported Employment Services help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) find meaningful, stable employment in their communities. Our goal is to empower each person to gain independence, purpose, and confidence through work that matches their strengths and interests.
What Is Supported Employment?
Supported employment is a program that provides job placement, training, and on-the-job coaching for individuals with disabilities who want to work in competitive, integrated settings. These services are designed to remove barriers that often make employment difficult, offering both the individual and employer the tools for long-term success.
Our supported employment program focuses on more than job placement. We guide each person through skill-building, confidence development, and continuous support to ensure that employment is not just achieved, but sustained.

How It Works
Our employment support program is structured to meet each person where they are and grow from there:
Step
Skill & Interest Assessment
We begin by exploring each person’s abilities, preferences, and goals. This helps identify work opportunities that fit both their skills and personal interests.
Step
Training & Coaching
Participants receive one-on-one coaching to build resumes, prepare for interviews, and develop workplace readiness skills. Our team also provides education on communication, teamwork, and professional behavior.
Step
Job Matching & Placement
Covenant partners with inclusive employers who value diversity and seek reliable, motivated team members. We help match individuals to positions where they can thrive and contribute in a meaningful way. .
Step
On-the-Job Support
Ongoing coaching ensures continued success. We work alongside the employee and employer to address challenges, celebrate milestones, and maintain long-term employment stability.
