Covenant’s Supported Employment Services help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) find meaningful, stable employment in their communities. What Is Supported Employment?
Supported employment is a program that provides job placement, training, and on-the-job coaching for individuals with disabilities who want to work in competitive, integrated settings.
