Covenant Dream Center
Day program
Operating in Albemarle and Matthews locations, the Dream Center is a day program for adults with special needs, designed to provide enriching activities, community outings, and a safe, supportive environment.
How It Works
Step

Referral & Intake
Individuals are referred to The Dream Center through a care coordinator, parent or guardian, similar to our other services. The referral process ensures that we meet the specific needs of each person.
Step

Individualized Program
After intake, a customized plan is created to address the individual’s goals, strengths, and challenges. This plan is designed to support personal growth, community engagement, and skill development.
Step

Community Integration & Activities
Participants enjoy a wide range of activities both on-site and in the community, including field trips, social events, and recreational opportunities. The Dream Center emphasizes social interaction and learning through experiences.
Step

Ongoing Support & Monitoring
Our dedicated team provides continuous support, ensuring that the plan is adjusted and refined as necessary to meet the individual’s evolving needs.
